Are signatures made with Kaddye as valid as signatures made with Penneo?
Yes. Legal effect under eIDAS follows from how the signature is created, not from the vendor. A Kaddye AES is created with MitID identity verification, sealed with a qualified certificate from a trust service provider on the EU Trusted Lists using PAdES, and the seal is independently verifiable against those lists.
Do I need a subscription to use Kaddye?
No. With Pay as you go you purchase case files from 30 kr. each as you need them, with volume discounts and no commitment. If you sign regularly, Pro is 130 kr./month for unlimited case files. Both plans include every signing method.
Can I keep documents that were signed on another platform?
